Evolution is a supplier of casino products for casino operators. Until December 2020, it was a pure live casino operator, but after the acquisition of NetEnt, it has added castle games to its product flora.
Media and Games Invest is a game developer and investment company focused on MMO games (Massive Multiplayer Online). The games have a long-term recurring revenue profile with little risk and have had a successful track record of acquisitions.
